Projector
Background Image will be there from the beginning of the event to till the end of event. Presentation Projector will be used for for 15 mins to 30 mins for board presentation.
Have also requested 4 wired microphones
Additionals
If the School is providing the sitting tables and chairs ( Students lunch tables - 50 to 70 ) in the commons it is good for commons. We need some chairs in PAC ( 10 ) .
